Gold's Gym Dagenham is on the Sterling Industrial Estate off Rainham Road South, about 600 m from Dagenham East on the District line.
The spa side has a lane pool, a sauna, a hot tub and a row of loungers. Two differences from the other clubs: Dagenham doesn't run GGX classes, and at weekends it closes at 7pm, not 9pm.
