Gold's Gym prices
Every Gold's Gym club in London sets its own prices, and none of them charges a joining fee. At Dagenham, a 12-month contract is £34.99 a month and a 6-month contract £45.00 a month by Direct Debit; paid up front, it's £109 for 6 weeks, £200 for 3 months or £469.88 for a year plus 4 months free. For Harrow, Hanwell and Hounslow, call the club for today's prices.

How the plans work
Pay monthly
A Direct Debit contract with a minimum term of 6 or 12 months. The 12-month contract costs less each month. Once the minimum term is done, it carries on month to month until you give 30 days' written notice from your next Direct Debit date.
Pay up front
One payment, no Direct Debit. Choose 6 weeks, 3 months, or the annual membership, which covers 16 months: 12 paid and 4 free. At Dagenham that works out at £29.37 a month, against £34.99 on the 12-month Direct Debit.

You can email both documents to your club's membership address before you go in.
Freezing and cancelling
Freeze for 1 to 3 months, for any reason, for a £25 admin fee. Give one full payment's notice and email your club.
Cancel with 30 days' written notice from your next Direct Debit date once your minimum term is done. Inside the minimum term, we can only cancel for long-term illness or injury, moving more than 8 miles from every club, redundancy or pregnancy, each with proof.
